Analysis and recommendations for SEO techniques

Group Drainage

Group drainage refers to an individual or a team operating multiple websites with the aim of obtaining a large amount of traffic through search engines or pointing links to the same website to improve search rankings. As early as 2005-2007, some SEO practitioners proposed the concept of group drainage, which means managing multiple independent domain websites in a unified and interconnected manner. With the passage of time, group drainage software has been continuously updated to provide more user-friendly functions. However, as search engine algorithms evolve, measures against group drainage become increasingly stringent. If the technical level is insufficient, novices are likely to be hit by the rules, leading to website penalties. Therefore, group drainage is not a sustainable SEO method.

Spider Pool Drainage

Spider pool refers to the use of a group of garbage domain names to generate a large number of pages under each site, with page templates similar to normal web pages. By separately opening a DIV in the normal web page template to provide links to unindexed pages, the spider is guided to access them. Although the spider pool increases the indexing rate of pages to a certain extent and has a certain impact on ranking, as the effectiveness of external links gradually weakens, the illegal methods used by this approach for SEO results become increasingly unsatisfactory. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the spider pool to improve website SEO.

Black Hat SEO

Different from White Hat SEO, which focuses on long-term stable results, Black Hat SEO emphasizes short-term gains and quickly obtaining profits through illegal means. Black Hat SEO optimizes websites in ways prohibited by search engines, undermining the fairness of search engine rankings. However, due to the continuous changes in search engine algorithms, Black Hat SEO often faces penalties. Therefore, it is recommended not to use Black Hat SEO methods and to maintain the legality and stability of the website.
